SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
VietGlowie fulfills orders through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Orders are delivered via Amazon Logistics, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other regional carriers depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at vietglowie.us@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
